Easy to order, good price and reasonable delivery time

Simple and straightforward

Delivery on time without any problems and by a competent team. The only thing to improve are the 12 hours time slots which make it difficult to plan your day. Surely it must be possible to reduce those to 4 hours (as other suppliers do).

Very pleased with the speed of delivery and with the product in general, however I am disappointed that it doesn't hold its charge if switched off and on again. It only lasts for the advertised length of charge if run continuously.

I can't report on after sales service as the product has only just arrived and has not yet been used.

Item showing in stock when ordered. I then had a call to say item was not in fact in stock and they couldn't tell me when it would be. I was then stuck as the item had been ordered for a Birthday gift and was now too late to order in time for next day delivery as required.

placed an order for a netbook to be delivered to my work . i received a phone call to advise laptops couldn,t be sent to a second address only the billing address only i agreed to that to get my order. i then received a email telling me my order had been cancelled . I called to ask about my cancelled to be told / had wrongly been advised about the delivery to my home. the order required to be cancelled and reordered . I was then told the money had been taken from my card and would be refunded but it would take 3 to 5 days ! I have sinced emailed a complaint which has not been answered or acknowledged . I have advised everyone in my address book and my IT Dept to beware of Laskys .

The ordering on line was very simple and easy. The delivery dates shown were the correct date delivered and in total the service was excellent.

I received and e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled and no explanation as to why. I phoned the company and they were very helpful but told me the item was not in stock. I think the generic e-mail was not very customer friendly and in this day and age the information that the product was not available could have been updated on the website. Have since bought elsewhere with no such problems.

Excellent value and good service

A lot of negative fed back has been wrote about this company which was a bit worrying. My dealings with them has been 1st class saving £300 off high street retail prices with the service to match!!! I will definately use Laskys again.

They do what they say

item was due to arrive in 10 days but in fact arrived much earlier. price and cost of extended warranty were very competitive. overall i couldn't fault the service and was extremely pleased that the delivery was so quick.

My order was placed on the internet. Laskys processed the order, confirmed it was in stock, but then, a couple of days later, notified me that I would not be receiving the phone and I would have the money I had paid credited to my bank account. This happened a couple of days later, but by then I missed the offer on another website.
